WebMy keyboard and trackpad stopped working. I tried hard reset, updating drivers, removing reinstalling drivers. I suspect it's a hardware issue. Under warranty. Does anyone have any experience with the Best Buy Service Centers? I need a quick fix and it would obviously be quicker for me to drop it off.
