WebHawkeye isn’t a useless chump, but he often feels like he is. The thing is, in Marvel base humans are more physically competent than in real life. Hawkeye got his start by going toe-to-toe with Iron Man with just a bow and arrow. His most impressive solo victories are probably him taking out the Collector, Taskmaster, or Egg Head.
