WebAlso, the $50-60 price tag on a 3 gal pico tank is appealing, vs. double for most others that are double the volume. The Contour 5 is 11.8x11.8x16.8 and the Contour 3 is 12x12x5. So they both take up about the same counter space with the 5 being much taller.

WebApr 15, 2016 · In case it helps anyone else, I got the NEWA 606 and it fits in the filter compartment of the Spec V no trouble. Just have to unclip the front and rear covers. Only problem is that it's pretty noisy (hoping it will settle down) and due to its height (twice that of the stock pump), reduces the available room for the heater.
