Did this on my current playthrough, kept all three factions from killing each other and then faked the Institute destruction so it is still there.
WebThe default Minuteman ending is peace between those 3 factions. (Only exception is that quest where you use artillery to bomb the Prydwyn but that's really optional.) You can advance through the Railroad and BOS questlines until you get the point-of-no-return warnings with quests - just stop at that point. Everyone's at peace at the end.
