Clicking sound from macbook pro speakers
WebJun 11, 2024 · The sound seems to be coming from the physical machine, perhaps the screen or the motherboard-—it is not coming from the speaker. I did the AppleCare warranty, which they simply stated they could not reproduce the said popping/clicking sound. This issue had been posted in the Apple.com discussion, and no solutions. WebThe clicking sound is when the backplate hits the internals from slight pressure. Around the edge of the backplate, near the screws, I also hear some clicking when pressure is applied to a specific area (a gap between the edge). I was going to ask Apple to repair it, but it seems that this is a common issue.
